ACTIVATIONS & BOOKINGS: Once a deposit or payment is made towards graphic design work the project is considered "Active". All active projects must have a signed agreement by both parties on file. This agreement is a binding agreement. 

 

ACTIVE/INACTIVE PROJECTS: Projects lacking "Action/Communication" for 21 consecutive business days will turn into an Inactive status. For a project to return to "Active" status and placed back into the cue for editing a $25 Reactivation fee will apply for additional administrative services. Projects will be taken out of the editing cue and marked Inactive once a Revisions Request or Final invoice has been Inactive/unpaid for 14 consecutive business days.

PROOFS, EDITS & REVISIONS: General Turnaround time for completion of the project is typically 14-30 days depending on the nature of the project. For the current turnaround time please contact us. Most projects get a total of 3 rounds of revisions before a final version is delivered unless otherwise stated in your invoice. Additional revisions will incur a minimum fee of $75 per round of revisions plus any additional fees determined by the nature of the project. All suggestions for editing must be submitted and confirmed in your revisions request prior to editing. FMG is not responsible for any errors not submitted in the Revisions Request after your final image has been approved.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK: FMG warrants and represents that, to the best of its knowledge, the work assigned hereunder is original and has not been previously published, or that consent to use has been obtained on an unlimited basis; that all work or portions thereof obtained through the undersigned form third parties is original or, if previously published, that consent to use has been obtained on an unlimited basis; that FMG has full authority to make this agreement; and that the work prepared by FMG does not contain any scandalous, libelous, or unlawful matter. This warranty does not extend to any uses that the Client or others may make of the Designer’s product that may infringe on the rights of others. Client expressly agrees that it will hold FMG harmless for all liability caused by the Client’s use of the FMG's product to the extent such use infringes on the rights of others.

LATE FEES: A $30 late will apply every 14 calendar days past the invoice due date. 

EXPIRATION: General expiration on a Video project is 90 business days after the original Activation date unless stated otherwise in 

your Service Agreement. FMG will not be responsible to complete any work on Inactive projects after 90 business days has passed 

from the date of activation.

PAYMENT GATEWAY: All payments are processed securely via Square or Paypal. Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover are accepted.

REFUNDS: NO refunds allowed. Exchanges for services of equal or lesser value are eligible for exchange only when an order has to be canceled. Cancellations must be requested prior to a Proof designed and delivered. 

COPYRIGHTS: FMG may use any parts of content produced by FMG for promotional purposes only (e.g. promo video for FMG 

website, social media, etc. for web/print marketing) Full rights to the content/raw footage may be purchased for an additional fee. 

CREATIVE CONTROL: FMG will work with the Client to get feedback and input, but FMG retains creative control over the work performed. Client is responsible to express their concerns for changes in the revisions request.
