MARKETING STRATEGY SESSIONS

PRE/POST PRODUCTION

PLANNING CALLS

Pre-Production and Post-Production Planning Calls is the step after your Promotional Strategy Session and the step right before your Official Video Shoot. In this 2-3 hour call (sometimes 2 calls) we talk all things specific from the final marketing strategy, shoot date/location, final video concept(s), write script(s) outline, and create storyboard(s). Two planning calls are provided per project., in some cases more may be given.

A 50% down payment/deposit is required to activate a Video service or Custom Package after you have your Promotional Strategy Session. To help you with your decision-making process, after the Strategy Session our Executive Team will draft up a custom quote based on your needs and goals discussed in your strategy session. Your deposit will be applied towards your service/package when you activate a Video service or Custom Package within 21 business days from their Promotional Strategy Session. The deposit will no longer be eligible as a credit and will expire after 21 business days past your Promotional Strategy Session.

AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

Our Payment Schedule for service packages is a 3 payment process. 
Payment #1 of 50% is due at time of booking. 
Payment #2 of 30% is due 1 week prior to your Shoot.
Payment #3 of 20% is due upon delivery of your Project Proof(s).
Invoices less than $500 require full payment at time of booking.

All payments are processed securely via Square generated invoices. Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover are accepted.

PROCEDURES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VIDEO PROJECTS

ACTIVATIONS CREDIT: The $850 credit offer towards a Video service/package will no longer be eligible and will expire after 21 business days past the Client's Promotional Strategy Session.

 

EDITING: A 1min edited video is included in all video packages. Upgrades for longer edits are available for an additional cost. 

Transitions, Music, Text, Lower Thirds are all included. Additional fees will apply for additional editing including longer videos,  custom editing, music licenses, etc.

SECURING A SHOOT LOCATION: Client is responsible to secure the shoot location. FMG can offer suggestions/research location ideas upon request. Studios in different locations are also available through our Partners;  additional fees may apply. 

PROOFS & REVISIONS: General turnaround time is 14-30 business days from your shoot date to receive your first Proof & Revisions 

Request. Generally a total of (3) Rounds of Revisions are given for a Video project before a final Video file is delivered. Additional Revision

Requests will be an additional fee of $100+/hr as price is determined by the nature of the job. All suggestions for editing must be 

submitted and confirmed in your revisions request prior to editing. Projects will be taken out of the editing cue and marked Inactive once a Revisions Request has been inactive for 21 business days. 

SERVICE AGREEMENTS: All Active projects must have a Service Agreement signed by both parties on file. This agreement will be a 

binding agreement. 

ACTIVE/INACTIVE PROJECTS: Projects lacking "Action/Communication" for 21 consecutive business days will turn into an Inactive 

status. For a project to return to an "Active" status and placed into the cue for Pre/Post Production a $75 Reactivation fee will apply.

This fee includes up to 2 Pre/Post Production Planning calls (2 hours each) with our Executive Team to plan the next steps moving

forward. 

 

EXPIRATION: General expiration on a Video project is 90 business days after the original Activation date unless stated otherwise in 

your Service Agreement. FMG will not be responsible to complete any work on Inactive projects after 90 business days has passed 

from the date of activation. 

CANCELLATIONS/RE-BOOKING: If you need to cancel and reschedule a new date on our calendar, a $50 rebooking fee will apply if your original shoot date is 14 business days or less away. Otherwise you may re-book with no additional cost as long as the day is free on our calendar. 


REFUNDS: NO refunds allowed. Exchanges for services of equal or lesser value are eligible for exchange in most cases. Some restrictions may apply.

COPYRIGHTS: FMG may use any parts of content produced by FMG for promotional purposes only (e.g. promo video for FMG 

website, social media etc. for web/print marketing) Full rights to the content/raw footage may be purchased for an additional fee. 

CREATIVE CONTROL: FMG will work with the Client to get feedback and input, but FMG retains creative control over the work 

performed. Client is responsible to express their concerns for changes in the revisions request.

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VIDEO PROEJCTS WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT

FMG HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE/REVISE THIS INFORMATION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
